Our client is seeking a Support Technician to work out of their New York, NY or Long Island office with their network preflighting team. The job involves working with clients remotely to backup devices under contract for use in new units that will be delivered. Working knowledge of our client’s OEMs would be ideal, as well as workding knowedlge of Windows and Macintosh operating systems, Team Viewer, or other remote access tool. In addition to the manufacturer training any candidate must have good communication skills (both verbal and writing), experience using remote tools to support clients, and good attention to detail.
