10774: Major Account Executive

Our client is seeking Senior Account Executives and Major Account Executives in the Greater Los Angeles, CA market. This is a new business development role, with no limits on selling to companies throughout the-US, with significant income potential. The individual will be responsible for researching, hunting and setting appointments with C Level contacts within mid-market, major and enterprise businesses. They will act as a consultant to understand the customer’s pain points, and educate them on how our client’s cost savings model can solve for that pain. The compensation plan offers a competitive base salary, a share of the gross profit, and bonuses. This, combined with their disruptive business model, should allow the successful candidate to earn 1.5 to 2 times what a typical sales executive in this industry earns. Sales Executives also receive full benefits along with auto allowance, cell phone allowance, laptop, coaching, mentorship, and opportunity for career advancement. This is a Fully Remote Role.

Essential Duties:

  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a focused assignment to overachieve quota via networking, cold calling and self-generating leads.
  • Adopt our client’s culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes, pipeline management and forecast accuracy with a focus on key KPI’s.
  • Initiate conversations in the C-suite and present yourself as a business consultant.
  • Work with clients to identify their pain points, while aligning our client’s products/services that best solve for that pain.
  • Develop relationships with clients and deliver a high level of client care.
  • Conduct presentations, coordinating the terms of the sale, and client training. Act as an ambassador of the company.
  • Create and maintain a prospecting plan including territory management. Identify key areas of opportunity for new business.
  • Conduct sales reporting as needed.
  • Consistently prospect and close new accounts.
  • Market additional products and services where applicable.
  • Develop an understanding of the products, programs, and services offered by our client.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace.
  • Travel to and from client sites as necessary.
