10696: Help Desk Technician
Our client is seeking a Level 1 or Level 2 Help Desk Technician to add to their team in the Pittsburgh, PA market. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting on print related and other customer issues as they call in for remote support. Customer service, organization and strong communication skills are a must for the position. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Support clients and internal employees with application assistance and ITrelated functions using remote tools.
- Has the ability to multi-task, is organized and has advanced knowledge of the industry.
- Utilizes client service training to establish rapport and assist clients.
- Performs service-related follow-ups and outbound client contact according to company procedure.
- Maintains up-to-date training regimens to achieve the goal of the best possible client service in the most efficient time and at the least possible cost.
