10631: Sales Manager

Sales Manager needed for our client in Twin Cities, MN market to work with an existing sales team. Track record of successful leadership is required along with a passion for developing sales representatives by providing guidance, training and mentorship.

What You Will Do:

• Lead a Sales Team by providing guidance, training and mentorship and being a positive role model.
• Develop assigned sales representatives in the areas of product knowledge, sales activities, selling skills and strategies, time and territory management.
• Achieve established goals and quotas profitably including Team Gross Margin and Team New Customer Gross Margin Quotas.
• Support the company’s policies, programs and procedures.
• Be a contributing member of the sales management team including input on structure, direction, programs and policies etc.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
• Conduct business honestly, ethically, and with integrity, which will develop trust & respect with customers and fellow employees.
