Industry experienced Selling Sales Manager needed for our client in Tampa, FL to work with an existing sales team and their territories. Track record of successful leadership is required along with a passion for developing sales representatives. Compensation will be commensurate with experience in the industry.

Purpose:

Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
Develop strong business relationships with new and existing customers.

Duties:

Conduct weekly performance reviews to ensure sales and activity goals are met.
Hire, train, and develop a sales team.
Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue streams.
Evaluate and present sales updates to leadership.
Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue streams.
Work with sales staff to master the sales cycle and close deals through training and development.
Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization.
Work closely with other departments to effectively achieve organizational goals.
