10067: Technology Support Technician

Technology Support Technician needed in Grand Island, NE. Responsible for effectively and efficiently installing, and training on all MFP’s, printers, document management, fax, and print management software. Responsible for maintaining and support all Technology Services Division software products.

Duties:

• Perform customer training on drivers and other software related to digital copiers in an effort to increase volume-based revenues.
• Actively obtain and submit leads for new machine sales.
• Assist with installations and training for assigned locations.
• Support Technology Services Sales rep for PaperCut, Goldfax, eGoldfax, docMgt, Displays and any other software.
