10046: Wide Format Technician

Wide Format Technician needed for our client with a Regional Territory throughout Austin, San Antonio and Houston, TX. Candidate must have certifications on Canon and Oce Wide Format devices. Candidate ideally will reside in any of the major markets above. Must be a self sufficient, network savvy and trustworthy technician for this role.

Qualifications:

• Technician must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Diagnosing down to board level
• Ability to communicate effectively with customer in a user-friendly language
• Knowledge of PC hardware and software systems
• Ability to self-manage time and travel
• Willingness to travel to equipment certification/training as needed
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
• Strong and effective decision-making skills needed to prioritize workload

Job Responsibility:

• Travel to customer locations to install, maintain, diagnose and repair wide format digital print systems
• Interact directly with customers and effectively communicate work performed and resolutions to customer issues
• Coverage area will require travel, but very rarely overnight
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
