11695: Level I Help Desk Technician/Dispatcher

Our client is looking to add a Level 1 Help Desk Technician/Dispatcher to their team in the Ventura County, CA area. In this role, you’ll be the first line of support—troubleshooting printer-related issues and other tech concerns as customers call in for remote assistance. A strong focus on customer service, organization, and communication is essential for success in this position. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and bring a positive, problem-solving attitude to every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients and internal employees with application assistance and ITrelated functions using remote tools.
• Has the ability to multi-task, is organized and has advanced knowledge of the industry.
• Utilizes client service training to establish rapport and assist clients.
• Performs service-related follow-ups and outbound client contact according to company procedure.
• Maintains up-to-date training regimens to achieve the goal of the best possible client service in the most efficient time and at the least possible cost.
