Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator in the Chicago, IL market. The primary role is to support the Sales Department while ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed as outlined by the Management Team. This position is responsible for processing all orders from our sales team members, routinely providing pricing updates to the team, generating various reports and contracts on an ongoing basis, and working with vendors on the sales team’s behalf.

A successful Sales Administrator is someone who works well independently and can manage their own schedule but also is team oriented and a strong communicator. An ideal Sales Administrator is also someone who is able to multitask and prioritize what needs to get done in order to meet deadlines with supreme efficiency and accuracy. This position may also perform other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Routinely update and publish out equipment pricing, service rates, and lease rates to the Sales Department, and assist with special pricing
  • Manage all vendor special pricing programs, incentives, and communications
  • Create and maintain customer contracts and lease agreements by working directly with the leasing companies
  • Oversee the order process through to completion – this includes generating all service contracts and lease agreements (and contacting the appropriate leasing company for credit approval), preparing buyout quotes when needed, ensuring that all of the necessary documents are included and filled out properly, and processing the paperwork to place the order as quickly as possible
  • Serve as a member of our Contracts Team to address special customer requests/changes to the terms and conditions of their contract
  • Prepare regular special reports and proposals compiling data from various sources for both internal use as well as customer meetings
  • A hybrid work schedule (up to 2 days a week remote)
