9773: MPS Technician

MPS Technician is needed for our client in to focus on working to handle networking and troubleshooting of MFPs. Other aspects of the role will include configuring devices, prepping devices for delivery and install, software implementation, support of scanning and print and document management, and end user training. They also have to be able to communicate efficiently with both the Sales Professionals as well as the Clients to ensure effective flow throughout the process. Candidate must have knowledge of our client’s OEM and competent in network IT repair.
