9772: Tier II Help Desk Technician

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Technician II to add to their team in the Albuquerque, NM market. Responsible for troubleshooting on print related and other customer issues as they call in for remote support. Office solutions and cyber security experience is highly preferred but not required if the candidate has experience prior IT experience. Customer service, organization and strong communication skills are a must for the position. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
