Our client is seeking a Regional District Sales Manager with a complete territory throughout TN, IN, KY, OH and MO area. Candidate must have industry leadership experience and be well versed in Managed Print and Managed IT Solutions. Our client offers award-winning products and solutions which makes them unique in the National and local marketplace. 75% travel will be required for this role. There will be a great compensation and benefits package available.
Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a district sales manager is expected to undertake in their position:
- Establish sales objectives through forecasting through a sales process
- Commit to 75% travel within the Midwest Territory for rep ride days and customer visits
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans and reviewing sales performance
- Maintain sales quotas, product and services mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Complete sales operation requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team members and following up on work results
- Maintain Midwest sales staff through regular recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
- Employ assistance from vice president and other resources as needed to ensure quotas are consistently met
- Project expected sales volume and profit for new and existing products
- Work with marketing coordinator to drive sales in all territories
- Drive sales team to maintain and update CRM with all sales activity
