9290: IT Installation Technician and Trainer

IT Installation Technician and Trainer needed for our client based in Fresno, CA to work primarily in Fresno, but also travel to client locations in the Kings and Tulare Counties. Candidates must be tech savvy with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, install and train customers
• Receive installation work orders, initiate customer contact to schedule delivery and training of system
• Onsite installation and training at customer location
• As directed, assistance with level two support

Skills / Qualifications:

• 2+ years of field installation and training of industry equipment
• Prior onsite training experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with a strong acumen for customer service
• Proficient in managing multiple diverse responsibilities simultaneously and efficiently
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to “wear many hats”
• Enthusiastic team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Polished, professional phone and presentation skills
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
