8790: Administrative Specialist
Our client is seeking for an individual to perform several administrative duties. Primarily, these are cash application, accounts payable, and general sales administration. Responsibilities include processing customer payments, entering vendor invoices, making vendor payments, reviewing order packages, disseminating order documentation, and invoicing orders. In addition, the position requires updating logs daily and other administrative duties as needed.
Training will be provided for all tasks, but to be successful, the following will be required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Very detail oriented
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Be able to successfully work within a small team and be adaptable to change
- At least 2 years’ experience with cash application, accounts, payable or sales support.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High School Diploma
