8717: Walking Technician

OEM Certified Walking Technician needed for a New York, NY territory to work with our client’s major accounts. This will be a combination of a walking territory as well as on-site role, supporting some key accounts. Compensation will be based on the specific manufacturer training required for the job.

Purpose:

• Provides high level of customer service and technical support via the telephone, online, or in person.

Duties:

• Verifies equipment functioning by completing test operations; making final adjustments.
• Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
