Our client is seeking an IT Lead Technician for their organziation in the Saint Louis, MO and surrouning markets. This position is responsible for the overall support effort for the Information Technology Department. Ensuring that all IT calls are answered and dispatched to the appropriate technician providing the highest level of customer service possible. The position is also responsible for project delivery & installation for any/all new client onboardings and current client upgrades and migrations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In all matters, uphold the highest ethical behavior when dealing with customers, vendors, or other employees.
Ensure that all IT calls are entered as they come in and ensure all calls are closed in a timely manner.
Ensure customers receive communication to keep them up to date on their call status.
Ensure all parts are ordered with the appropriate timeline.
Ensure a Less than 1-hour response time to the best of your ability.
Work with IT Director to ensure all contracts are continuing sustained levels of profitability.
Work with Field Technicians to maintain high productivity.
Responsible for physical inventory in warehouse locations
Provide inventory control for the Information Technology Department.
Develop new ideas for increasing productivity throughout the Information Technology Department.
Monitor quality control for equipment pre-implementation.
Coordinate deliveries with required personnel.
Weekly field activities with IT Technicians

Assist Director by reporting any problem areas concerning safety, security or regulatory or disciplinary infractions.
Resolve any problems at the individual level, when applicable, through positive interactive communications.
React to customer complaints and bring to resolution in a timely manner.
Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly technician reports – Total Calls, Billable Time, Accountable Time, etc.
Involved in the functions of hiring, firing and performance management.
Assist other departments in routine/special assignments as needed.
Attend weekly/monthly technical team meetings.

Physical Expectations of the Job
Ability to communicated effectively with internal team & external clients. Methods will include but not limited to: email, text message, system messaging, phone calls, in-person meetings.
Highly skilled with Microsoft Office platform, including Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
Ability to lift at minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to use hand tools in order to repair equipment as necessary

Minimum Requirements
5+ year’s management experience in a team environment. Preferred MSP background
Highly skilled with Microsoft Server Operating Systems including but not limited to: 2012r2, 2016/19
Highly skilled with Server roles and applications: SQL, Java, C++, DNS, DHCP, AD, Azure Sync, etc.
Managerial and administrative skills.
Strong computer and Analytical Skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Team leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Certification of car insurance.
