General Manager needed for a client in Minneapolis, MN to oversee the success of a 5-10 person Sales and Service team. Truly unique opportunity to work for an established and reputable dealer.

Purpose:

• Successfully leading sales and service operation teams to achieve company goals.

Duties:

• Managing daily sales, administration, and service operations.
• Full P&L responsiblity.
• Responsible for developing and managing strategic growth plan, marketing initiatives, and implementing policies and procedures.
• Escalated customer questions and support.
• Researching and attracting new major client accounts.
• Providing presentations to key accounts within branch territory to secure new business.
• Interaction within marketplace including community engagement activities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of industry experience required
• Must provide track record of meeting/exceeding given metrics and goals
• Strong verbal and written communication including presentation skills
