8216: Marketing and Sales Support

Reputable and Established Independent Dealer near Roanoke, VA is seeking a Marketing and Sales Support candidates for their organization.

Multi-task Duties include but are not limited to:

• Working and managing a CRM database
• Posting content on all social media platforms daily
• Lining up marketing engagements
• Using Social Media to prospect and generate new leads
• Customer Survey Calls
• Telemarketing Calls
• Occasional virtual or in person customer appointments
• Branding our Professional IT Services and Managed Print
• Assistance in the creation of marketing material, email teasers and letters
• Working as a liaison with our website provider

Reception assistance:

• Answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Responsible for contacting potential clients and scheduling appointments for our Sales Mgmt. staff
• Qualify potential clients for our services
• Answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Ideally 2 years experience in a customer service/ marketing focused role.
• Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).
• Experience using Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• You must have a positive and professional attitude.
