Our client is seeking an Onsite MPS Team Lead for their major account in Livermore, CA. Candidate must have prior leadership experience in order to qualify for this role. High level of customer service and support is required as this person will be the main/first point of contact between the service team and customer. Responsibilities will include: creating team member workflows and process, ensuring team is meeting all SLA/KPI standards, implementing company and customer initiatives, preventative maintenance, inventory and equipment management and hiring/firing, review of team members.
