Industry-experienced Contracts Administrator needed for an independent dealer in the Dublin, CA area. E-Automate experience and previous industry experience is required.

Duties:

  • Create, prepare, and maintain various types of contracts.
  • Review contracts for accuracy and completion.
  • Communicate any changes or updates to contracts to all parties involved.
  • Generate reports.
  • Track, update, and save all changes to contracts in internal database.
  • Partner closely with internal service and sales staff to accomplish company goals.
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Previous copier industry experience.
  • Previous E-Automate experience required.
  • Contracts and billing experience required.
  • Must be a team player.
