Industry-experienced Contracts Administrator needed for an independent dealer in the Dublin, CA area. E-Automate experience and previous industry experience is required.
Duties:
- Create, prepare, and maintain various types of contracts.
- Review contracts for accuracy and completion.
- Communicate any changes or updates to contracts to all parties involved.
- Generate reports.
- Track, update, and save all changes to contracts in internal database.
- Partner closely with internal service and sales staff to accomplish company goals.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous copier industry experience.
- Previous E-Automate experience required.
- Contracts and billing experience required.
- Must be a team player.
