7312: Sales Support Representative

Our client is seeking an industry experienced Sales Support Representaitve for our client near Utica, NY. Primary responsibility is processing digital equipment sales orders: to include audit of sales rep paperwork, work with vendors to purchase equipment at best costs, and update pricing to appropriate staff. Other taks will include: work with leasing companies to authorize new leases and complete expiring leases, process returns or purchases of leased equipment, make accurate entries into their accounting software and commission software, work closely with sales reps, technicians, and other staff, to assure smooth delivery of equipment to customers and return of leased equipment. Working knowledge of e-Automate is ideal for this role.
