IT and Networking Technician needed throughout Baltimore, MD and the surrounding market to assist clients during installation as well as troubleshoot when needed. Ideally, candidate will have Network certifications. Certified candidate will be compensated for their knowledge specific software programs. Excellent customer service skills are a must.

Purpose:

  • Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.

Duties:

  • Sets up client networks, print drivers, scan to email, scan to SMB. Provides training to clients on devices.
  • Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
  • Provides on-going customer service with advanced networking and OEM training.
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform required job elements to established standards while remaining current regarding technical knowledge and trends.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Net+ and A+ Certification
  • Functional and Technical Skills
  • IT knowledge, moderate to above average computer skills
