6822: Production Print Technician

Production Print Technician needed to cover a territory in Saint Louis, MO. Prior experience required with higher consideration given to candidates with Production Print training.

Main Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve maintenance and repair issues on large volume (production print) and highly complex equipment at client’s locations within a designated territory using diagnostic tools, services aids and product manuals
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by meeting clients’ needs in a courteous, timely and cost effective manner
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory for tools, parts and supplies in vehicle stock
• Maintain current technical knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new technology and equipment
• Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and service procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process and dispatching and closing service calls using Remote Tech

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, Outlook and company and client specific programs
• Demonstrate attention to detail and specialized skills working with highly complex equipment
• Strong communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people
• Strong ability to exercise independent judgment
