12233: Delivery and Installation Technician

Our client is seeking a Delivery and Installation Technician to serve the St. Louis, MO and greater market, in which you will lead the technical deployment and network integration of advanced imaging systems and software solutions. This role bridges the gap between hardware logistics and high-level IT support, ensuring every installation is optimized for the client’s specific infrastructure. Upon completion of each setup, you will serve as the primary educator, providing hands-on training to ensure customers are fully proficient and confident in utilizing their new technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy new MFPs, wide-format systems, and printers, providing comprehensive end-user training upon installation.
• Administer and support integrated 3-party software suites, including Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan, uniFLOW, and Fax Station.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues for imaging hardware through both on-site visits and remote interventions.
• Collaborate with the Remote Resolutions Group to provide technical backup and facilitate efficient remote support sessions.
• Conduct pre-sale site audits to capture technical specifications, ensuring seamless, “plug-and-play” transitions for new equipment.
• Audit fleet readiness by ensuring all hardware is properly tagged with QR codes for streamlined lifecycle management.
• Adapt technical solutions to fit diverse client environments through proactive communication and interpersonal excellence.
• Partner with internal teams to uphold and exceed organizational standards for client satisfaction and service delivery.
