12217: Sales & Service Analyst
Our client is seeking a Sales & Service Analyst in Charlotte, NC, which this position is a key cross-functional role designed to drive data accuracy, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. This individual serves as the bridge between Sales, Service, and Executive Leadership, transforming raw data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, CRM administration, and process optimization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service & Operations Analytics
Performance Reporting: Manage and maintain service metric dashboards; validate financial and performance data to ensure reporting accuracy.
Contract & Inventory Analysis: Analyze service contract profitability, billing trends, and MIF (Machines in Field) data across all equipment categories.
Field Support: Monitor technician car stock levels, track territory assignments, and manage “end-of-life” field system reporting.
Preventative Maintenance: Partner with Service Management to analyze usage data and establish effective PM schedules.
Sales Operations & CRM Support
CRM Administration: Oversee Salesforce dashboard creation, lead management, and account/territory assignments.
Sales Performance: Track forecasting, pipeline development, and conversion trends; deliver recommendations to improve sales efficiency.
Lead Management: Convert multi-channel marketing leads into CRM opportunities and provide targeted prospecting lists for sales teams.
Training: Act as the subject matter expert for CRM best practices and provide ongoing training to the sales organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of progressive experience in Sales/Service Operations or Business Analytics.
Technical Skills: * Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) including reporting and dashboard builds.
Familiarity with industry ERP/Service software such as e-Automate, CEO Juice, or Printavista is highly preferred.
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to identify data inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and implement process improvements with minimal oversight.
Communication: Ability to act as a liaison between diverse departments, from Field Technicians to Executive Leadership.
