Our client is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to spearhead growth across the thriving Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls markets. This territory-based, B2B role is designed for a strategic “hunter” who excels at navigating the North Idaho business landscape to secure net-new accounts. From the bustling commerce centers of Post Falls to the professional hubs of CDA, you will be the face of a reputable regional dealer, leveraging your relationship-building skills to identify opportunities, outpace the competition, and close impactful deals in one of the region’s fastest-growing corridors.
Purpose:
- Develops new business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new product features.
Duties:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Develops new customers by establishing new distribution channels and supporting current sales outlets; explaining product potential to new outlets; identifying possibilities for product improvements and new products; training sales representatives and agents; supporting publicity efforts.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
