Purpose:
- Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
Duties:
- Conduct weekly performance reviews to ensure sales and activity goals are met.
- Hire, train, and develop a sales team.
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue streams.
- Evaluate and present sales updates to leadership.
