Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team in the office technology and solutions industry in Greensboro, NC. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience while helping connect businesses with the tools they need to work smarter. Growth potential to be an account executive within 10+ months depending on performance and success in the role.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn how to identify and research potential customers in our target markets.
- Reach out to new prospects through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and help qualify leads generated by our marketing team.
- Ask questions to understand a prospect’s needs and determine if our solutions could be a fit.
- Schedule meetings or demos with our Account Executives, who will guide prospects through the full sales process.
- Keep accurate notes in our CRM system to track conversations and next steps.
- Work closely with experienced sales mentors to sharpen your skills and reach your goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (previous experience a plus but not required).
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage confidently with new people.
- Positive, coachable, and motivated by hitting goals.
- Organized and able to manage your time effectively.
- Curious about business technology and eager to build a career in B2B sales.
