Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Director of Administration to oversee and lead their internal administrative operations in the Greater Orlando, FL market. This pivotal leadership role will manage key departments including Accounting (Controller, AP/AR), Contract Billing, Client Relations, and other administrative operations. The Director will serve as the backbone of the company’s internal infrastructure—ensuring cross-functional alignment, process efficiency, financial accuracy, and exceptional client support.

Proficiency in e-Automate software is required, as it is central to managing billing, contracts, service, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of accounting, contract billing, accounts payable/receivable, and client administration teams
  • Supervise and support the Controller, Billing Manager, Client Relations team, and other administrative staff
  • Utilize e-Automate to ensure accurate contract billing, financial reporting, and service documentation
  • Drive process improvements and create workflows that enhance efficiency and accountability across departments
  • Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term administrative planning
  • Maintain strong internal controls, ensure compliance with policies, and oversee audit readiness
  • Provide coaching, career development, and performance oversight for administrative team members
  • Ensure high levels of internal and external customer service, especially in client-facing support functions

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with e-Automate software is required
  • Background in financial operations, office administration, or business operations
  • Proven ability to lead or mentor cross-functional administrative teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Experience in the office technology, managed services is required
  • Open to candidates who demonstrate leadership potential and a desire to grow into a senior-level role
