Our client is seeking a results-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Business Technology Advisors (BTAs) focused on new business development in the Charlotte, NC and greater market to Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, coaching their team to excel in customer-centric, consultative selling. This role requires an emphasis on strategic planning, pipeline management, and performance improvement through continuous development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of BTAs to execute equipment and services strategy, adhering to organizational standards and objectives.
  • Drive profitable growth in assigned accounts by ensuring contract retention, expanding service offerings, and adding new services.
  • Focus on new business development, particularly for hardware and professional services.
  • Hold Account Managers accountable for achieving KPIs, executing sales activities, and closing deals, leading to increased account penetration.
  • Set clear expectations and establish a routine of accountability to support sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resources to align efforts, drive sales, and leverage internal talent.
  • Work closely with peers and specialty teams to address challenges and refine sales processes for growth.
  • Mentor and develop sales talent by assessing individual strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Coach BTAs on mastering the selling methodology, ensuring they continually meet and exceed performance standards.
  • Create personalized development plans to encourage growth and push team members to elevate their performance.
  • Actively engage with the team to ensure financial targets are met and surpassed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
