Our client is looking for a motivated and professional B2B Sales Professional to manage and expand their presence in Napa County and the surrounding area, working with an established client base while also pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a track record of success in building and sustaining business relationships. While experience in the industry is preferred, accomplished B2B sales professionals from other sectors are encouraged to apply. This role provides a strong opportunity for growth in a supportive and dynamic environment, with compensation tied to experience and performance.

Purpose:

• Develops new business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new product features.

Duties:

• Attract new customers
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of direct sales representatives and agents; adjusting content of sales presentations for specific outlet; developing promotional literature.
