Our client seeking an experienced IT professional to lead internal IT operations while also serving as a key technical expert in presenting and delivering Managed IT Solutions & Services to their clients in Marietta, OH and the surrounding market. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical proficiency, and consultative selling skills to drive internal infrastructure excellence and support our growing IT services business.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Management & Support:

  • Lead and manage IT staff, ensuring effective support, implementation, and maintenance of systems and services.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of in-house hardware and software.
  • Ensure reliable performance of servers, workstations, networking equipment, virtual environments, and backup systems.
  • Provide advanced technical support across all layers of IT infrastructure including firewalls, wireless routers, and endpoint devices.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including malware detection and removal, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.

Client-Facing Technical Expertise:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client meetings, collaborating with the sales team to present and position Managed IT Solutions & Services.
  • Leverage consultative selling techniques to support both existing and prospective customers in the print and imaging sector.
    Follow up on leads generated by the sales team and service technicians to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years (or 10,000 hours) of hands-on professional IT experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in small business network administration including infrastructure planning, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding and working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 for Enterprise.
  • Experience with multi-function device connectivity and integration.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Deep understanding of desktop, server, infrastructure, and cloud-based technologies.
