Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join their team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining inventory levels for parts, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Receive and inspect inventory, parts, and equipment
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of items
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse transactions
  • Coordinate supply usage and reorder levels
  • Work closely with service and administrative teams to support operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory coordination
  • Working knowledge of e-Automate is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift moderately heavy items and operate warehouse equipment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
