Our client is seeking an Installation Coordinator in the Greater Orlando, FL market that is the driving force behind seamless equipment installations, ensuring every step is executed efficiently. This role requires someone highly proactive, detail-oriented, and curious, who isn’t afraid to ask questions, spot issues, and take action. They will oversee scheduling, and customer coordination, ensuring smooth communication between sales, IT, warehouse teams, and clients. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates potential roadblocks, and takes ownership of the process to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule local and out-of-state installations.
  • Identify gaps or potential issues and take action to resolve them.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external teams.
