11630: Technician

Our client is seeking an Industry Experienced Field Technician in the Las Vegas, NV market. Client ideally would like experience and training on their OEM, including production print, but open for overall industry experience. Open for relocation, depending on their experience. An IT/network savvy candidate would be a plus for this role as well. Compensation commensurate with experience, as well as bonus opportunities available.

Purpose:

• Provides high level of customer service and technical support via the telephone, online, or in person.

Duties:

• Verifies equipment functioning by completing test operations; making final adjustments.
• Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Must have IT and networking experience
