As our client continues to expand in the Brooklyn, NY market, they are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join their team and provide technical support with a focus on printer and related software, installations, and troubleshooting. This position could be a hybrid or in-office role with occasional travel to their client sites.

Job Responsibilities:

Printer Software Support:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for printer software- and installation-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software glitches and compatibility problems.
  • Address client inquiries regarding technical problems and provide effective solutions.

Installation Support:

  • Assist clients with the installation and setup of printer software and related peripherals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.

Client Communication:

  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and diagnose technical issues.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions for issue resolution.
  • Ability to convey technical information in a user-friendly manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in providing technical support, particularly with printer software.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with printer hardware and software installations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
