Minneapolis, MN, April ____ 2008 – Copier Careers (SM), a Minneapolis based niche recruiting firm serving the Document Imaging Industry for over 20 years, just published their seventh Sales Manager Salary Survey. The results indicate that sales are up again and and as a result Sales Managers are making more money. They report that their income is up almost $20,000 since the inception of the survey in 2002.
Sales managers in the Copier Industry reported in our annual survey that although salaries have increased, so have, responsibilities, epically in recruiting and retaining staff. Managers continue to be frustrated by their employer’s efforts to attract and retain sales reps.
While Sales managers indicated that their income had gone up in the past 12 months it is also important to note that their satisfaction level with their compensation is again near the lowest level in the history of the survey.
