With three of our four annual salary surveys published this year, we’ve discussed how tight the employment market is in the business solutions industry. So we were curious to hear how long you expect to stay in your current position. We had a solid turnout of 8,832 votes this month!

While they continue to embrace abundant new solutions, they are frustrated by the scarcity of qualified techs to service those complex products. Navigating the difficult terrain between booming sales and understaffed service teams is the issue for service and ops managers as they try to maintain reliable service while they roll out new solutions.
